Do your Fellowship of the Ring, Two Towers, Return of the King, and Shoot Again insert lights work? They are all in the same lamp matrix row as the KEEP lights.
EDIT: I see you said the rest of the lights in the row work.

Ok, now we are getting somewhere. You probably should re-seat J12 and check wire P1. Also, you may need to test Q33.
