Curious which figures in LOTR (not LE) actually came with weapons in their hands and which ones came with no weapons, but people added them later. Does anyone know what came from Stern on this machine?

I thought the Gandalf on horseback ( Shadowfax ) was released first and then they changed to Gandalf the Grey ( surfing Gandalf ) .
I picked up spares of all the figures and have since fitted them ALL with their weapons . It looks heaps better . "Surfing" Gandalf is no longer looking like he is surfing . He is holding his sword and staff in the pose from the movie when he fights the Balrog ( which is just in front of him on the pin ) .
I also glued the weapons in so no chance of them coming out .

The weapons are in the packages with the figures. The only problem is that to buy all the figures it will cost well over $100.
I have spares of all the original figures new in boxes if anybody is interested (including Gandalf on Shadowfax).
