I would personally invest some time in touch up paint with well matched colors. It would look alot better IMO. I would mention in sale that the head decals has some scuffing thats been touched up. Not much else you can do without available decals.
And like TaylorVA said of course, price accordingly.
Just noticed your in Dubai BTW. Shouldn't be too much of a problem in your area. Buyers are not gonna have too many options with taking a pass on an available LOTR. I'm sure there aren't too many available in that area lol.
BTW - after Fiji, Dubai is my girlfriends dream vacation. I get to hear about how we need to go there every other week )

My machine is in Germany not in Dubai at the moment, it is with one of the dealers there, some of the scratches happened during the shipping I guess. I contacted the shipping company to see if insurance going to cover something.
If you plan to visit Dubai any time in the future, spring is a great time, you don't want to be here in the summer, eventhough everything is air conditioned, malls, metros, bus stops..etc
