Check the DC Bi-Directional Relay Board located underneath the playfield (SPI Part Number: 520-5066-00) for cold solder or bad connections.

Check the DC Bi-Directional Relay Board located underneath the playfield (SPI Part Number: 520-5066-00) for cold solder or bad connections.
When the playfield is propped up vertically in the maintenance position, you will find the relay board (green PCB) just below and to the right of the left Playfield Support Slide Bracket.
To remove the relay board easily, unplug the connector and then back out the 4 mounting screws halfway until they clear the playfield. The plastic mounting clips will keep the screws in place, making it easier to remove the relay board without dropping any of the screws.

Look for cracks in the solder joints...
