Treadmill is extra......1K for that.... I need a new palantir target decal, Ill cover that in that purchase. All switches functional, nice game. Ive never shopped this, looks nice as is....you be the judge.

Cliffy and green felt in shire

Awesome Legolas ramp habitrail wire to replace that stupid plastic that was stock. I painted the screw heads black in that wood rail if you cant tell from pics.

Ready 4 pickup 2moro....

#7 5 years ago

Oh yeah, threw in the red dmd filter too, so its red not that lame orange....

edit---One thing I should mention, the pippin insert for the left *orbit* is slightly sunk and has very minor wear in the bottom left corner, hard to pic but its there.

Post edited by centerflank: changed outlane to left *orbit*

Is that a super sexy goldeneye next to it??? I just picked up a LOTR myself. I'm very happy with it. Such a great game. My wife loves it too. Best of luck with the sale!

#11 5 years ago

Don't do it! You can take your wife to Red Lobster or something instead.

The programming for the shaker in this game is pretty disappointing anyway, IMO. It's used very subtle, for the most part.

#16 5 years ago

Looks like a nice game. Best of luck with your sale!

#17 5 years ago

I've seen this game in person, and it's magnificent. Good luck, Flanker!

I disagree. IMO, the shaker is very well done in LOTR. GLWS

Down payment received, pending final inspection/pickup next weekend. Thanks!

That went fast. But any game that's been touched by Flank is automatically worth more money IMHO.

Just a thought, Flank: Living in Wisconsin, I think anytime you sell a pin you should throw in a big 'ole wedge of cheese, gratis. It's the right thing to do.

In my new house, the floors are rickety, so the shaker motor is much more... awesome.

I offered but he is lactose intolerant.

Appears to be sold before I could even find the thread but I can vouch for this being a super solid playing game (it may even still have my initials on it???)

Congrats on taking that wonderful wife to kiwiland (if you go, and you should as it is my favorite place on earth).

New Zealand would be an awesome trip, working out details with RD. I think the airfare might be too much for my cheap ass.

Not sure where to go exactly, we went to Jamaica a few times before the 4kids engulfed our life and stayed at the all inclusive resorts, that was a good time.

Vegas is my other thought.....

Hey! How did you know I was Lactose intolerant? I didn't mention that did I? But I can deal with it since I lived in WI for 5 years and love cheese!

Flank,
You've got to trust me on this one bro. I know what I'm talking about.

Actually, he PM'ed me and told me that's why he was selling it...your initials had "sullied" his machine. (His words, not mine.) Tried to tell him about the high score reset, but he was beside himself and had already decided the machine's fate. (I'm actually convinced that this is the reason a friend of mine sold his STTNG...)

NZ is AMAZING. I have been all over this world and it is one of the few places I would happily return to.

For cheaper, I suggest St. John. Stay at the east end eco resort. Cheap, easy to get to, nice day hikes, and great snorkeling by day and drinking by night (rum). We took our pre-honeymoon there and had a great time.

#29 5 years ago

Damnit I should have just bought it and figured out the shaker later. Now to go find a nice LOTR...

Thanks for the nice words. Come with Flank and keep them company.

All depends what you want in a holiday ... If you want 100 degree temps and lying on the beach, NZ isn't the place to come. Hawaii, Fiji, Caribbean would be better.

Las Vegas is good for drinking and gambling, if that's your thing. Maybe better for a guys weekend than a sexy couples retreat.

Nz is more of a destination ... Lots of greenery, scenery, bubbly mud, mountains, hobbits, adventure stuff if you like that. Plus drinking and gambling if you want to do that.

If you wind up doing Vegas, be sure to drop me a PM. Would love to meet up. I bet McCune would be up for that too.

Vegas is a strong possibility, I think we are targeting late winter/very early spring. I just need to make sure I have some winter work, last year sucked. No one wanted anything painted inside, it seemed like it was minus10 every freaking day.

We are flying to Kansas City in October for a little outing, lots of good stuff coming up, we need to get away from our kids! This summer was brutal, Thank sweet baby Jesus school starts 2moro! LOL!

sounds like an excuse for an Official Pinside Get-together!

Someone should approach Shasta for sponsorship!

I'm available for a cheap hourly rate ... 1 beer every 30 mins keeps me happy ...

Thanks Corey! It was nice meeting you as well! And regardless of what everyone says about you you're a damn good guy to deal with! Now back to trying to figure out how to play this thing!

We are thinking of doing some small less expensive trips, I think we have a Nashville trip planned and she has a work thing in Kansas City that I will most likely go with.

#39 5 years ago

If you go to Nashville and you have the time you should check out my cousins' brewery in Sparta .
