Bally, 1978When everything is plugged I get normal readings off the 5 test points on the rectifier board. When I unplug the J1 and J3 connectors from the board, the amounts are below the acceptable amounts ( as described in online information). What does this mean? Is this normal? Just trying to get from board to board to see if any power problems causing problems.
