I guessing your screw on the hinge is loose. there is a set screw on the first hinge part that transfers power to the 2nd belt. It is at the base of the truck above the playfield. But you have to take the cover off. Check that. Also the drop target won't reset unless the game sees that the snagger is in "home" position. That's why that isn't resetting. I struggled with mine for awhile. Until I learned how to work on it. Definetly the downside to owning this game. Hope this helps.

Yeah, its the main reason I sold my game. When I wasnt fixing it I did enjoy it tho.

Nice. That's an easy fix. It may need to be adjusted. But put it on and see how it goes. If its wrong advance the snagged all the way to one side and put it on. The snagged has limit switches underneath the play field. So it won't break the belts.
