It looks SUPER close. The JPLW looks like the rear screw is just a little different. I could get the GNR and test fit/trace for ya...Or see about doing a trace on hard paper and sending it over? I have to rerubber it soon so I'll have time to tear it down.

Does anyone know what the exact material cliffys are made from?
When I get time I will measure and laser cut some stainless shim stock and bend one up.
IF it works out I could probably make a couple extra or post the .gfx file.

Sure. I have the part programmed and cut out. I have a couple of protos done. Need to drill the holes as I did not EDM them
I'm unsure of the grade stainless that I used. (shim stock) 10 thou thick. NOT 308.
When bending the "tabs"down some of them crack along the brake line. I will post some pics Mon or Tues. Pretty beat now.
It covers the entire hole not just three sides.

Cliffy: These were cut on an EDM. I had the holes plotted but it would have required two re-threads
of the wire and it's a pain. I would have to drill two small pilot holes for the wire anyway.
These were cut from .010" shim stock all at once. (Sandwiched) I suppose you could cut as many as you want at one time. I may try cut some on the laser if my holes are plotted correctly.

I think the EDM does a better job then the laser but you must drill starter holes.
Perhaps a combo. Use the laser to "punch" holes and then cut on the EDM.
My friend is getting a new waterjet soon. That might be the ticket! You could cut about a thousand at one time! Same with EDM but much slower cut time.
Hope you don't mind me using the term "Cliffy".
