I find my interest really depends on other pinball related issues. Colorizing a DMD, or using Pinball Browser, bought a new mod, shopping a machine, if I have any task like that my pinball level will be pretty hyped. If I run out of things to do I find myself look for non pinball related things in my free time. If it was just playing machines I think my interest would be pretty low.
