Anyone experience this problem, the game was working fine yesterday, and when I turned it on today the GI comes on then goes off and just keeps going on and off and the game never boots. I tried the easy fixes like checking all the connectors and reseating them turning the game off and on still no go. I took the board out and all the caps look good, I am thinking maybe BR4 that powers the GI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
