Pulling the ad and banning the account prevents anyone else from contacting the scammer.
For the most part, it was the same as most other scam ads--photos and text stolen from elsewhere, and the ad was posted using a brand new account with no forum posts.
Whenever you encounter a fishy ad, always do a reverse image search and a search for the text in the ad.
