My first pin purchase was JD almost 2 years ago. Bought it from a reputable reseller who shopped it and did a great job. JD has a rep for mechanical issues because there are a lot of moving parts with the deadworld locking mod (I have it. I think it is a must have for proper game play). I have had 2 very minor issues with it in 2 years. I love it and, more importantly, my kids love it. They are definitely pinheads now.
JD has a ton of shots to hit and the rules are deep. My favorite part of it is the modes inside the game. 8 different modes to play before the Ultimate Challenge.
I just bought a NIB Met premium. I'm supposed to receive it next week and added a ton of mods. Never played the game but Met is one of my favorite bands and couldn't imagine missing out on this last run. I've heard from everyone that game play is fun and deep. The music is up to your own taste.
I'm probably not much help in your decision, but wanted to give you an opinion on what I did and why. If it were me, I wouldn't miss out on the last run of Met, either Pro or Premium, depending on your budget. But that's coming from a huge fan of the music.
