If you don't mind the color difference of black vs blue you can use one from a Street Fighter and get new decals. You might even be able to paint it.

Unfortunately Mario is the only apron I've seen which has a shooter lane cover molded into it. Street Fighter and cue ball wizard (and several others) are very close though. Good luck in your hunt as I've been looking for one of these for about 6 months as well.
