from a phone call, i *think* the outhole kicker is either bad, or it's lug fell off in transport.
the owner is not familiar enough to dig under the apron, or solder or check deeper, but he did do a coil test, and
"something in the backbox clicked", but no ball shoots out to the shooter lane.
