Really hard to gauge prices anymore.
The last couple of years, I've seen EM's sell for prices I never dreamed of.
Woodrails had a price surge many years ago, then sort of leveled off (even dropped somewhat). But these days everything has went up together.

There are still woodrail collectors out there and it looks to be in real nice condition. Your best bet might be to price it high and take offers. If no one bites, lower the price until the offers start coming in. Your final price will be probably be dependent on where you live.
