I'd need pics to see what each part looks like for swapping of parts that are used in multiple games. I know I have some Allied Leisure parts here but I'd like to know what I'm looking for before digging in boxes.

WOW! 5 digit displays, never seen that before. Looks like the one in the picture is outgassed, the nipple is broken off the back. I think I'd start looking at electronic surplus stores for those tubes. You might try Halted Electronics in Santa Clara, 408-732-1573. If they don't have it, they may know where to get it.

For odd some reason, I keep forgetting about John, he may have those displays and other Allied Leisure parts. Give him a try first. I think I have some NOS coils around here but that may be all.
