I have found someone that has a Gottlieb Knockout and Grand Slam head but no lower cabinet and playfield/relay boards. I guess its a stretch but does anyone have half of these machines laying around?

I would assume the only thing harder than finding a whole Knock Out is finding half of one - good luck with the search!
Also, the playfield has been reproduced (kruzman just got one on in, I think he might have two he said) if you're feeling eager to wire it up yourself. Of course finding the "moving" figures on top is going to be quite the challenge.
