Quick question - I know the PRISM cards can be a little tricky and wanted to confirm... I've had a customer ask to replace these and never have before. Is there anything I need to worry about other than just remove the card, separate, change the battery, and replace?
Thanks in advance - This will only be the second Pin 2k I've worked on, and the other was a very straightforward misaligned switch.
