If your local pinball show has a flea market area, there's a fair chance you can find a pile of them there. The cover is usually missing, though.
Keep an eye on ebay. Sometimes they pop up there.

I’ve got these to offer. A black or white, a handle and a cover though from an 80s coin box but fits the newer plastic ones

That looks like it would work. I looked in the operator instructions and some other TOM tables and they look similar
