Quoted from HoakyPoaky:

I suppose it doesn’t hurt to ask since they made a lot of these….
Looking for a Gottlieb Count-Down backglass. The light blue ink on mine is all blown out.
Fingers crossed

Added 23 months ago: Ended up purchasing a reproduction

How did the repro come out?

Looking for a gottlieb Countdown backglass in any condition, can even be shattered

I might have an extra one that has a lot of small paint flecks. I'm away from it at the moment, but should be back to it in October.

I need a replacement Super Flite backglass. Doesnt need to be perfect. Would prefer one local in SoCal, but would consider getting it shipped for the right price.

Anyone suggest a way to hang a translate from the ceiling? I have stairs leading down to my basement and was thinking of hanging on the ceiling. Hoping to hang translight without framing but afraid will damage.

Great thread btw

Gorilla glue's clear double face tape. Wait... from the ceiling or to the ceiling?

To the ceiling without damaging translight if I decide to remove later. Framing I think will make too heavy

Thinking through this I think that mirror hangers coupled with a firmer piece of clear plastic like from a poster frame would work really well.

I've done this successfully with much larger movie posters.

You'll want to frame it with an aluminum frame. "Nielsen" is the frame brand you want. I order from here:

https://www.americanframe.com/picture-frames/metal-picture-frames/frame-color/black-metal-frames

You will need what's called a security hanging kit:

The two tabs hold the frame at the top, then a "T" screw is at the bottom and is rotated with a special tool to lock into the frame.

This pic is 25 years old so ignore the old furnishings:

I would go the tape route. Wipe areas to be taped with rubbing alcohol first, Use a hair dryer on the tape area when you want to remove it .
