Still looking for a good, un-faded Stern Hot Hand backglass. I'd think they're around, since it seems people are cannibalizing some of the MPU-100 games to make those crazy-expensive MPU-200 games.
I suppose it doesn’t hurt to ask since they made a lot of these….
Looking for a Gottlieb Count-Down backglass. The light blue ink on mine is all blown out.
Fingers crossed
Added 11 months ago:Ended up purchasing a reproduction
Are there any options to replace the stern Star Trek pro translight ? Love the game - the translight not so much .
Quoted from Grizlyrig:Backglasses are good , should expect delivery in 14-16 weeks and no communication until its in the mail on it's way to you.
That pretty much sums it up.

Well it’s week 16 with zero communication from Stephen J Azzam “BG Resto” I was quoted 6 to 12 weeks, and others had said that it could take up to 14 to 16 weeks.
I’m a little upset about this right now. March 10 to today… zero communication no backglass, but he definitely took my money real fast!
I wonder if it physically hurts him to type a one or two word status update or if his thumb is so far up his own ass that he can’t reach a keyboard.
His website is being updated with recent praise of how great he is, so I know he still exists.
At least his ego exists.
Anyway, I guess I’m still looking for a solid state version of the backglass for “Pinball” by Stern. It’s already cost me $400+ dollars to deal with the BG resto Stephen Azzam scammer so I’d like to not spend more than another $400 more to actually receive one.

I'm in the same boat, but I knew that going in, so I'm not horribly worried........and I doubt calling him a scammer is at all fair when you had heard how long it takes before you sent money.

Call him. It’s not his primary job and I think he is pretty old school and very backed up. I got a hold of him right away by calling. He found my email and he answered my question right away and was very nice.

You will get it. I'm not sure it's fair to call BG Resto a scammer. You know alot goes on in the world now a days (life) and you knew it was a long wait. Have more patience and it will get in the mail and delivered soon.

Looking for Gottlieb Coronation backglass. Nice original or Ron Webb repro. Not interested in BGresto at this time.
Quoted from 8bit-1up:Anyone got a scan of a Bally X’s and O’s Backglass? Looking to make a translite from the scan or if anyone knows where I can buy a replacement, that would be amazing![quoted image]
Mayfair Amusements may have a nos copy. Only a fraction of what he has is on his site so email him.
Coos pinball prints backglasses in film, he mails you the film. You scrape off the old art, clean the glass and adhere the film. If you don’t have the backglass, find another backglass with the art in bad shape and scrape off the art.
Adhere the film to the glass. Delivery is usually within two weeks and similar results to Bgresto.
https://www.coos.net/bingo_e/Backglasses.html
Bgresto can source a blank glass print a film and adhere the glass then ship you the completed backglass. Delivery in 2-6 months depending on his backlog.
I am looking for a Time Zone backglass. Condition is not important but something at least decent would be nice. I am willing to trade a
Space Time backglass plus some cash or pay all cash for the Time Zone backglass.
Thank you!

I just picked up a few translites and a couple of back glasses that will be listed in pinside market the next few days.
They are all very presentable. I’m not going to attempt any cleaning.

If you can find someone who has the glass and is willing to take it to a print shop with a 600 dpi scanner, you can send the image to www.coos.net. He can clean up the art and print a film for you. You would need to scrape the art off your glass, or find a donor glass with holes cut out in the same locations as your title.
I have a Gottlieb Dimension backglass I just picked up, definitely better than average but has a few flakes, looks like it was repaired at one point. I used to own a Dimension and this backglass is much better than the one I had. $100
Hi team!
Last year I picked up a “gem” of a Flip Flop on the cheap - she’s missing a backglass all together.
It’s the next game up in my restoration queue!
If anyone has a decent backglass, I can ship it out of Benton, Wisconsin (or Los Angeles) in a few weeks.
Otherwise, if anyone has a good scan they can send me, I can send it to Coos (he’s doesn’t have one on file yet) and make my own here in NZ.
Cheers in advance for any help!

steve's communication skills may be lacking but knowing him personally, he's definitely not a scammer. this is probably just another case of him taking on too many projects which has pushed his turn-around time to what the rest of us would consider unacceptable. as one-man operation, he should probably stop taking deposits until he can get his current backlog down to a 2-3 week turnaround time.

No room at the inn......originally this game was going to be sold off, but after playing it I'm thinking Viking might have to go.

Hoops Translite
Pinball Champ or Pinball Champ-82 Backglass
