    Great advice above. Although you will have dedicated customers who come to play pinball it’s only a fraction. It’s all about the food and booze. If you are not required by law to have food. Don’t! I call it feeding the tiger. That’s where all the expense is. Be aware you will be working 7 days a week for quite some time. Take it from someone who did it. Great experience but a very tough business. Be receptive to all advice. Good luck in pursuing the American dream!
