Pbr doesn't include a diagram. So if you can't figure it out you might have to call and try to have him walk you through it.
The kits aren't perfect either. I was missing 1 ring on my gottlieb skyline, and I was missing 4 for my williams king pin. The gottlieb funland was ok though, but it came with 3 extras.
Pretty annoying though that they don't include a diagram. I ended up going on ebay and looking at the kits. They include a diagram and for most of them you can see where half of the rings are placed.
there guys on ebay pcx that sell the kits and has the maps,but i have a bunch of rings and didnt want to spend 20.00 if i didnt have too.

At the risk of asking the obvious, can you replace the existing rings one by one?
I sometimes resort to using a piece of string to determine rubber ring sizes needed:
