I think that's a very fair price, leaning towards the good price side. If it's perfect, like you say, I would buy it @ 4100.
Research the seller and make sure it is indeed as described. If you look up the seller's posts on KLOV or here, you will find some feedback that his description of games were overly optimistic. He's also had this posted for quite awhile and already dropped the price. With postings on CL, KLOV, RGP and Pinside, if this was a great deal it would have been long gone.
Make sure it isn't the stripped down version they marketed through Costco. If the Costco version, it isn't worth the $4100.

Condition is everything. If the game is as discribed $4100 is a good / fair price. See and play the game in person if possible.
