Looks more like it was flipped at one point. With out seeing the rest of the box hard to say, but I would be a bit worried.

OK... I'm going to be a bit of a math geek here... but you MUST take number 496 if you still can. It's one of the perfect numbers. It's a "Happy Number". Google that. It's a good number.
