Youll want to use a tool like a prong lifter, or prong lifting Jewelry pliers. There are Many.
The key is protecting the coin. Or take to a competent Jeweler.

Just found the back door key to a game in between the glass and the light board. Easy hiding place, I guess. And a BB. Go figure.
