Longest would probably be, as many have already mentioned, LotR. Especially now that I've played it so much I have long games nearly all the time.
For shortest, I don't know... I feel like I wanna say Wizard of Oz. Whenever I play that game it just destroys me. Even just getting a single multiball takes quite a few games for me.
