Bally, 1994I've checked and reseated the 902 connector on board. Reseated the connector under the playfield. Looked in the utilities menu and tried to manually test it. Still nothing. Just wondering how to make sure this thing is dead or how to trouble shoot it further.
So you're in lock mode, hit the ramp, ball hits the switch, the sound and graphic work, but the ball doesn't get pulled to the magnet?
Or maybe there is a way to deactivate the magnet in the menu? But I'm sure the magnet would still work in diagnostics
Winner winner chicken dinner. Goes to show you why it's important to test a fuse off board. Seemed good when testing on. Bad when off. Swapped and magnet came right on.
