I figured that you guys would hopefully like this. A channel on YouTube hosts monthly competitions where bands must reproduce live covers of gaming music, ie. no sampling of any kind. Among the hoards of video game covers, I found a bunch of pinball music covers--all live. Pretty cool stuff! (Brian Schmidt actually comments under the SOF video. Pretty sweet.)

First off: This is awesome.

But......... Having just listened to the BK2000 track, it seems fairly produced and not very "live."

Still super cool, just thought it would be more stripped down and raw.

They mean that all the instruments are being played by a human, and not sampled by a machine with artificial sounds. Still, post processing is allowed to produce desired effects, which is why some might sound faked.
