Hi
There shud be a relay under the play field that triggers that bumper...i think.
Don't have that pin, so guessing here.
Chk that switch in question for proper function, then find the relay, and chk the switches on it.
and when it all is working, change that pop coil, looks burned, and will not get better with time...

the plastic guide on that switch looks burned, and has a big gap.
does the switch activate correctly when the coil is energized?

Yes, referring to last pic.
The slot in the plastic shud only be big enough for the blade to slide into.
if it is indeed burned, and a gap has opened, then it will not properly close the switch when the coil is powered on.
