Just under 27x20 if you need ultra detailed measurement let me know. That was just my kitchen tape measure.

How are people hanging them?
Can you move the hook/hoops? I unscrewed one quick and didn’t seem like I could.

Yes, this is the general idea. Same way you hang a picture frame with the hanging wire between two D rings and with only one hole in the wall so you can easily level
