#1 the coil has a spring attached to the arm of the diverted, my spring broke but it would hook it and move it but never completely. I pulled the spring and just bent a new hook into it and reattached it and it's worked fine since check that part, next will be switches and optos. Get into the switch test and see if they register. Optos can sometimes just be dirty and need to be cleaned I use a qtip and 90% or better alcohol just over the opto. You can also have the machine on, the one opto has like a clear lens off color yellow or pinkish that's the transmitter you can use your cell phone camera and look at them while on they will glow purplish if it is working the black one is the receiver. Do you have a soldering iron yet? Opto's a lot of time need to be reflowed I had to do my Demo Man trough today, a few stopped working just had to reflow them and good as new.
