Greetings! I need help diagnosing my lil dp drop target bank. This is the pro model They do not reset after being dropped. When i go to the lil dp bank test, it looks to me like the coil is not firing hard enough. When a fresh ball is kicked out it auto plunges it around for super skill shot without any flippers being held. I disabled the bank in settings and now there are no issues with auto plunge so it must be related. All optos register fine. I took a video of the coil trying to fire and reset the bank but it fails. The targets don't appear to be scraping or getting stuck on anything. I pulled off the coil to inspect the sleeve and it seems fine. The coil reads like 9.6 ohms with machine powered off. Is that normal?
Ill have to link video later as i can't upload it right now. If the coil fired all the way up this would reset them, but the coil is just barely moving the targets up, not enough to click into standing position.

Quoted from KingHebes:

not enough to click into standing position.

I had this probem on SW. One target came up and falled down because it did not reach the needed position (excuse my english, hope you know, what i mean). I lifted the playfield and looked at the mechanism.
Solution was to shorten the way of lifting.
I putted on the metal of the mechanism on the upper side parts of sticky gliders from under chairs.
So it is lifted too high but can hook /click in the right position.
No issues since then.
Do you need a picture?

Not sexy, not rocket-science but a dirty fix. Cheap and it works.

And no, when they are hitten down they do not stay too high.

Metengo Thank you sir! The felt worked! My drop targets now reset. It's strange that they just stopped working one day. I might try and swap the coil sleeve to see if that fixes it without the felt. But I dialed in the issue exactly. The metal platform piece that the coil fires up to push the drop targets is pretty finicky. It seems with all 3 drop targets down, the drop targets push this platform back a little, and the coil plunger is then slightly crooked instead of straight. I could manually push the platform down the quarter inch or less that the piece moves and the coil would fire all the way and the targets would reset, this felt trick prevents the drop targets from moving this metal piece too much so it can fire. I've been busy, but I will get a few videos up sometime this week hopefully here demonstrating the stuff I've mentioned for others in the future to diagnose their bank with.

Once again, thanks metengo!
