So a few of us have the joystick lightswitch from Thinkgeek (NLA)

This simply fits over a lightswitch and physically manipulates it up & down (mount your lightswitch upside-down in the wall if you have this for best operation).
I figured I could do the same with a flipper !!

Here is a lightswitch cover I had in a drawer:

I screwed a sheet metal screw through the cover's central outlet hole and into the flipper hole shown by pencil (not tightly, you need some slop). The tip of the switch fits into the end cavity on the rear of the flipper. I mounted the cover to my wall using the 2 screws above and below the switch.
Then I recycled some artwork from Gameroom magazine's 2016 calendar and stuck to cover with spray adhesive. I sharpied the cut edges and trimmed the switch hole, then re-assembled everything.
