I think it's a game by game decision, and all of it is subjective, but as a general rule I would light games that are predominantly composed of reds, oranges, yellows with warm LED's and games that blue, green, purple and grey with cool whites.
For example:
Indiana Jones and TOTAN look best with warm color LED's.
T2 and Demo Man look better with cool whites.
But that's just me.
