Can anyone help me find a vendor for light blue 1 & 1/16” star posts? Like these:

    Ideally in North America?

I checked Marco, but they only have the narrow posts in light blue.

    Many thanks,

Edit. Doh. It looks like these are not in stock. sorry

That's weird. That doesn't show up when you search "star post" on the site search box. Maybe because it's in the clearance section?

Edit- Do'h, cause they're out of stock.

    the main listing at:

    https://www.pinballlife.com/plastic-translucent-star-posts-1-116-tall.html

has teal as a color choice but its not shown in the photo. I would email them and see if they can send you a picture. Good luck!

Edit: found teal pictured at Titan and its not even close to the light blue you need.

    Teal is probably this:

From Little Shop of Games, where it's out of stock.

Edit- you guys keep beating my by 2 seconds.

Pinball Center will not ship to US addresses, but Pinsider Zitt has a mail forwarding address in Europe and does group buys:

You can buy from Ministry of Pinball and they’ll ship direct to you.

Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll check out Ministry of Pinball.

It’s amazing that light blue star posts exist, but aren’t available from a vendor in North America.

If anyone has any more North American suggestions, I’m sure the shipping costs would be lower than having to ship from the other side of ‘the pond’...

Thanks again to the Pinside community for their assistance!

Thought I found some but these look dark blue?

Could likely get them cheap though.

Use blue dye in water and just boil clear ones in it

Methalyne blue from a tropical fish store works nicely

Thanks for the tip! How do you determine the shade of blue? Is it the amount of Methalyne Blue you put in, or how much time the posts are in the dye?

    #13 3 years ago

    Both

You got to keep an eye on them, or they will be too dark

    Maybe do just one first..

    Coin Taker has them
