I recently received a new backglass from bgresto (bally star trek). I also bought a Stainless Bally 3/16 lift trim from Macro. Are there any tricks to "forcing" the new lift trim onto the backglass? The trim is the right size, I believe, but the tape that bgresto puts on the edges is just thick enough that it prevents the trim from going on easy (especially in the corners where its 2x thick). I've tried to be gentle with it so far. Before I get more forceful, I thought I would seek pinside wisdom. (Rubber Mallet? Gravity + Time?) Thanks for any advice.
