I read in the major thread relative to EM pinballs, that some collectors are using the so called Cliffy/Clay method to level inserts with Varathane.
I am in the process of restoring a Bally Mata Hari (Solid State) which suffers from slightly recessed inserts, like most of them. I'd like to know more about that technique since I am not planning to clear coat that otherwise beautiful playfield.
Any pointers, links, summary of that technique would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance.
