Whenever I see people talking about how so and so led the way to ruining a genre of music, I think they need their own genre. Hater Metal. Once you start hating new bands and music across a broad spectrum, all it really means is you are old. Never stop listening to new music, it keeps you young. (doesn't mean you have to like it all).
Saw some Fear Factory with the new singer earlier this month. His screams are on point, but his singing is a bit off. Seen them 4 or 5 times over the years but it'd been since 2003 I think. It's Fear Factory, they sound like Fear Factory.

I don't think he's bad by any means, he just seems to sing lots of it an octave lower or something...maybe it was just that night.
