The greatest lick of all time...
Also love me some Trash Blues...
Sea Hags - Dog House:
D.A.D. - Sleeping My Day Away:
Dirty Looks - Its Not the Way You Rock:
And finally, we can argue all day long about whether or not this is metal. Who cares how we label it though - its freakin' kick-ass!
More Canadian metal.... Always dug this tune from Helix.

And of course one of my favorite bands of all time... King's X. Dating back to 1990 (The Gretchen tour), I've seen them 8 times over the years. Kickass band... kickass tune.

Kings X... I always appreciated their musicianship and the complexity of their tunes, but it just never clicked for me.
Of course, I like the Killer Dwarves and Zebra, so perhaps my taste was a bit too lowbrow.
W.A.S.P.
Love those 1st two albums.

And the classic from Nuclear Assault featuring Dan Lilker of S.O.D. fame....

LOL! Warren DeMartini was my hero when I was first learning to play. You're In Love along with Way Cool Jr. wore out my ghetto blaster.
For a time, this band seemed to open for every metal group that came to town. Fortunately, Rock & Roll Party in the Street is one of the greatest rock tunes of all time. Love me some Axe:
Nice and heavy... A shame these guys got lumped in with hair metal...
'Black Widow' by Rough Cutt. Managed by Wendy Dio at the time.
Nice tuned down doom riff in this.

I'm impressed Pin-it, playing some Zebra! Cheers!
Definitely my favorite Louisiana band.
Ok to crank up the volume on some of their songs.
I've been fortunate to have seen/heard them about 6 times over the years.
They are now in Louisiana Music Hall of Fame.

LOL. I used to see them all the time playing some club at Deep Ellum in Dallas. I want to say it was Dallas City Limits, but that had to be out on Northwest Highway?? Good times.
Opeth... Dig that Deep Purple influence... When the 3:00 mark hits, it starts to get epic...

Saxon... Still going strong. \m/
