I still have mine that I bought at The purple butterfly "Incense" shop.

Paraphrasing Steve Martin: Farrah Fawcett is (was) so stuck up! She has never called me once! And after the hours I spent holding up her poster with one hand!

Wow, has it really been almost eight years since she died?

    #153 7 years ago

I have the movie Logans Run that she was in.

This right here is the closest thing to a perfect workbench as I've seen so far.

The white counters, white walls, etc... keeps everything bright and less shadows.
    Lots of storage!

    Things I'd change:

Heat duct at the toe kick.
Dual 23" or bigger monitors mounted to the wall in the center, above workspace. Used for pulling up manuals on 1, and websites on the other.
Several flexible gooseneck lights mounted to the underside of the shelving for added task lighting.
A row of LED strip under toe kick. It really helps when you drop small screws, jumpers, components on the floor.
Oh, and a mini fridge under the counter!

I am definitely using this for inspiration when I build my shop and workbench.

Thank you for these 2 pics, worth every penny of my admission price.

Here's my (messy) basement workshop where I do my "inside work" on games.
Main tools: SkyPilot rotisserie, Silhouette Cameo 3, 3d printer, (de)soldering equipment, a couple oscilloscopes, airbrush kit, PC and some big monitors.
On the shelves is various parts for projects and supplies.

Nice setups across the board. Forgot about this thread, thanks for reviving it.

I've done a lot with my garage/shop since the last time I posted here. It's still a work in progress, but it's definitely moving in the right direction. It's not usually this nice looking, so felt motivated to take some pics are cleaning everything up.

Now that's a shop. Your lucky you can move the car out when you want to work on something, here in MN that garage door stays shut for 4 or 5 months straight.

Ireland is the same way, really tiny garages of none at all. Have you tried to take a shower in a 18th century castle before? Very interesting.

I'd take the 4 cold months when the days are short enjoying my game room over not being able to go outside after 9am for 7 months because the airconditioning condenses on you when you go out Although I do enjoy the Mellow Mushroom in JAX on my overnights there.

Mind if you show us some pics of inside those drawers? I have 2 sets of drawers very similar to yours, I'd love to see how you organized your parts.
