Here's my humble game room with 3 of the 5 flippers i played when i was a kid (misses the MM and Sorcerer).
Still waiting for my godzilla premium that maybe will arrive in some weeks ( fingers crossed ), and a MM remake and a Sorcerer.
Also need to add some neons and leds to make some ambient light,
create a nice topper for my STNG and put an alternative translite that am creating.
i will sell my TOTAN topper and create a different one( just the topper, not the pinball machine ).
And... there will be an extra suprise that am excited to create when i have the time. It will be inspired by the LOTR.
Also i created a MAME cab with 12TB of games and emulators , i used a virtua striker 2 cabinet ( sega model 2 ) and transformed a bit, cut a bit in the deep side to make it smaller, and added a 27" 4k screen. Also i use it to play VR games with a Vive Pro 2 and steam nuckles and Katwalk c platform .

    Quoted from ramegoom:

Every machine has a key. And every key has a place. And the perfect place for keys is in-between a pair of wall joists.
    Right?[quoted image]

damn! congrats! you have very good taste! Very elegant game room!

    #20119 1 year ago
    Quoted from mmuglia:

Over the past 6 months I've completely refreshed my collection. It started with GNR in December, then a HUO CV and AC/DC. In the past month I've added Godzilla premium, Rush premium, and Deadpool premium all NIB. It was difficult selling some of the games I had, but it was time to freshen up the gameroom.

damn! Lovely! Where did you got that Mortal Kombat neon!? it's amazing!

And finally the GODzilla Premium arrived today to complete my humble collection.
In the opposite side of the wall i have Also a KAT WALK C for VR and two cabinets with more than 300 board game games.
Just too bad i don't have friends to share my collection.
Next step: put some neon lights, add some leds to the bottom of the flippers and buy a Vdart4 ( to put also in the opposite side of the wall ).
BTW the TOTAN topper is for sale.
( And after the "next step" i will put also my MAME arcade in the opposite side of the wall when i get the Medieval Madness remake that i will get in 2023 ( maybe 2024 ) Hope Chicago Gaming will make them fast!

hope that soon i can swap the Mandalorian or Bride of Pinbot for a Iron Maiden Premium.
And i will add some neons and leds to make it more cool.

Current living room line-up: My two Bally classics and an Evans' Ten Strike bowler.

Ceiling height first, then profile/glass slope! I get a dopamine hit off of looking down the line and seeing all of the lockbars and headbox front edges nice and lined up! Stupid Genesis with that swoopy 80B head kind screws with the lines, though

    i know that feeling!

Hello, can you do, or do you have a photo of your gameroom without those playfields in front of the mirror wall to see the effect of a mirror wall in that kind of setup, since am thinking to do that to my gameroom.
( well, am thinking to do with mirrors in each side to make an effect of infinity corridor, to see if it looks nice.

    thanks

    Quoted from Pinkitten:

That’s awesome! I got back on my board a lot this summer after giving up skating about 25 years ago. I just cruise around, but I do love skateboards and had fun building mine again. Oh, and I plan to hang some decks on the walls of my new gameroom when it’s finished, hopefully this month! There, I tied it into the gameroom topic.

    Quoted from JeffZee:

I suppose there's always room for one more (would still like to fine a nice Road Kings someday), but maybe I'm done. The space is about as crowded as I'd like to see it and I have about as much to maintain as I'm interested in maintaining. #21012 1 year ago
    Quoted from JeffZee:

Lost World and Strikes and Spares are promo posters. The scores are just part of the posters.

    hoooo i see!
i have real backglass as decoration and would love to have the same effect.
I have one lost world and one silverball mania and one paragon as decoration, i love those art

    Quoted from drewbo81:

Its filling up fast...I still need to make a small portable bar and some seating!
    [quoted image][quoted image]

    Nice line up!
What is the height and also the distance of the walls of your gameroom?
Am building mine but haven't yet moved the pinball machine inside, but i think it will be more or less the same height. ( 7.21ft / 2,20m )
and for the walls i have 4,20m / 13.77ft wide so it will be ok to remove the glass from the pinball machine

You can see how it started, the evolution and how will be once finished here in this post ( it's a 3D render the last photo, and of course the NEON sign is just to see how a neon sign will look like, i will put something ARCADE , or something like that.

So it looks like they'll open a new Starbucks just about anywhere now.
    [quoted image]

    Hahahaha!
Of course i will not have a NEON sign saying "coffee" , i will have something saying Arcade ______ in neon, just used that 3D neon template just to have an idea of how it will look, aso the red slotmachine will be a "Megatouch" machine or a Pachinko machine. I will have a beer tower etc etc... haaa and of course... i will not have only Game of thrones pinball machines, it's always GOT model just to give an idea of how it will look like

To create a door to pass from my game room to a second game room.

    desperate times require desperate measures

( am not using water to not damage the dry walls next to the concrete wall , and i had a mask under the t shirt, i didn't had protection glasses i like the risk! )

    #21694 1 year ago
    Quoted from punkin:

Not using a particle respirator to make sure you do damage to your airways.

Indeed, i had a mask under the t shirt
Even if i still breath a little of dust, it went away after some beers

    #21696 1 year ago
    Quoted from punkin:

You do you, and i have spent plenty of time operating a quick-cut without it back in the day when we knew no better, but a respirator is not the same thing as a mask.

    NotThatIWantToBeTheFunPolicePunkin

indeed, and i understand your worries and i tank you for being worried with my health
Am conscious of dust problems on lungs, i was doing a 10 minutes thing, i no longer work on construction and i no longer work every day in this conditions as i did when i worked in constructions 10 years ago and i used full equipment.

    We've moved on.
Iscored is a one off cheap paid app that is ideal on a touch screen kiosk, but works on other screens too.
Players love being able to add their own scores, but you can disable this if you don't trust your friends.
    https://iscored.info/
I really like having the kiosk too, machines reset sometimes, or are sold and bought again, but no scores are lost on this.

Gameroom started out with a ton of arcade1ups and a modded out legends virtual pinball machine. I noticed I was enjoying the pinball way more than all my arcade machines. The replay on it was so much better. I fell in love with the VPX Iron Maiden table and searched out the real thing. I realized quickly the digital was no longer going to be enough for me and started clearing out my 1ups and my VPIN table. About 9 months later I have 4 real pins. The addiction is real !

I also started 2 years ago with a vpin, and then one real pin..... and right now am at 11....

here's today's video, in the corner there is a Kat Walk C2, a Megatouch and a Pashinslot in case you want to know the name of the machines
Still too much to do, still need to make the furniture for the bar corner, install decoration, install some more leds etc.
If you want to see how it started and the evolution, i created a thread here:

    Quoted from Electronmagic:

    Nice game room.
Just curious, does "atonement" mean something different in French than it does in English?

Am using the English word, the biblical way,
It's just my funny way to call my game room

"atonement refers to the needed reconciliation between sinful mankind and the holy God.... Atonement is an often-used Old Testament term representing a sacrifice for sin"

Sooo basically, am sacrificing myself by playing in my game room to reconciliate with god.
