Curious if you can still get your glass off the way they are set up, or do you have to shuffle them?
Curious if you can still get your glass off the way they are set up, or do you have to shuffle them?
small but fun. Work in progress. I have plans to take over extra bedroom a couple in a loft with kids tv, and my moms new home extra bedroom and half of her garage. Should have around 20 pins one day . One glorious day!
That's a great line up you have. Great picture. Not little in my book. You got me beat.I only have six right now.
Wow now that's a nice looking basement you got there sparechange1974 . Very classy. I wish Ca had basements. Have one like that in MI , but too much snow so I stay where there sun sets instead.
Wait till you have to argue with your wife that the guest bedroom would be better used for more pins.
Nice space. Mine are starting to spread to other rooms and my moms house. Would love to have one big space to keep them together.
WOW!!! That's very awesome. Did you have to get your own transformer just to power that room?
Quoted from Reality_Studio:
Finally got my garage game room done, have some pins setup and will be getting a few arcade games next. As you can see I love neon
Nice set up. Let me know if you ever want to sell that Who Dunnit
Wow! I would love to have one lane bowling, and this guy has two. If I won the lottery I could buy the house next door and gut it to do something cool like that. With a secret underground tunnel.
Finally living for real in the living room. Five more pins to come and some decorating still.
Married. There is no way my house would look that nice without her, plus then you would see games in the kitchen and any where else I could fit them. After making my gameroom it was not enough to satisfy the sickness. I was going to take over guest bedroom. But got the larger formal living and dinning room instead.
You must have a lot of space. I wanted to get a skee ball as well, but they are to big. I agree variety is nice. I have linked drivers always a favorite of guest, a shooter and Classic arcade, with a touch screen on the bar. 15 pins take up the rest. Wish I could buy my neighbors house and make it my arcade.
So cool. Looking forward to pics and maybe a walk though video once your done. Is the whole house going to be an arcade. As stated before it would be a dream of mine to have a whole house arcade. Love seeing someone living that dream. Please keep us posted, or at least me.
On page 127 tamoore posted his new you tube video of his space. Lots of great ideas there and you can watch previous vids to see how it progressed over time. Stunning space he has.
Right on. Man I miss Visalia nice place. Worked and lived there a couple of years building power lines.
Hot summers and cold foggy winters. But that barbecue stand in Porteville, corner cafe , and Fugazis make it all worth it. Plus that farmers market at the mall was good. Cows, fresh produce, and only 5 cars at a red light.
Looks like you will be able to have close to 40 games very cool. Wonder how long you think it will take to fill up? Great space
Thanks Paul that looks like a real awesome space. I love those leg lights. You should still do a video walk though. Thanks for pics and cool mod.
Pics don't do it justice. Waiting on 4 games to finish room. Then I think some color dmd's and for sure some leg lights and shooter housing. 16 games to make pretty.
Yes Paul it's a Dj laser and Dj light machine. That room is my formal living and dinning area of my house. A work in progress. One day I want to put down some black light carpet and do my lighting like yours and add stuff to walls.
No married and two kids. Took a while but after gameroom #1 with 6 pins and 2 Atari Rush 2049 sit down drivers I could not stop, so my wife gave her blessings. We never used the space, now it's fun and we use the space. It has 10 pins when 4 more arrive, a MAME Mrs Pacman, target terror shooting game, and a small bar with a touch screen. And I still want more.
I love seeing everyone's gamerooms. I really like tamoore's basement. I'm hoping over time I can get my space decorated and dialed in more.
No contest. I win, because it's mine and I can play them anytime I want. That being said there are some people who have great spaces which make for great game rooms.
Very nice space. I see you got rid of your drivers and added a couple of vids and an EM. Very cool, what's the new cocktail vid?
Having a variety is great. If I had more space I would do a skee ball, claw machine, motorcycle drivers, pool table, darts, and above all more pins. Almost forgot I would really love a two lane bowling alley. Sometimes you have to dream big. Already feels like a dream to have what I have now
Yesterday I got my first copy of game room magazine, and today my wife also got me this sign. I think it's safe to say she's all in on this addiction. Plus the fact she gave up our boring front room for our now super fun game room #2. Now to get some black light carpet and some leg and shooter housing light ups for my games, and more color dmd's. And more games
Looks like it's going to be a great space. How many games will you be able to get in there?
Then be prepared to spend every other thought consumed with pinball. Enjoy the ride, and be prepared for all the ups and downs. Ex. I went to do a simple wipe down clean on my new game and broke a switch. Now I wait for part and get to solder new switch.
Too bad some people would rather spread negativity. I love all the pics of everyone's games wether it's of one or fifty, and the ones with girls are even better. Please don't let the keyboard terrorists win,and everyone keep posting.
Taxidermy and pinball. I have to say I have never seen these two hobbies put together. We are all different,I don't particularly like clowns, but I think your Gameroom is very cool and unique.
Complete inspiration via rubberfist. Thank you. Vids and pinballs are free to intermingle in my world. Plus it's two rooms and I wanted my family to be able to enjoy both in the same space.
About time you shared. What a totally f'n room you built. Total atmosphere. Love it,and the leg light ups are f'n cool. Still working on my rooms to engulf a person like your room, and your mod is still part of my plan. Great job,and thank you for sharing.
Right on. I hope one day life allows us to meet. Maybe when I get all my games ordered for your leg light ups I could convince you with a ticket to come help install all them? Preferable around the winter nationals or world finals for NHRA.
Hey Paul I love your Gameroom please get some more pics to show or even better a video. Those leg light ups look awesome in a row of pins.
When I win the lottery I'll be there for sure, and then you get to come over to my house and help install all those leg light ups I will get one day and go to the drag races as well.
It's sad to see an awesome gameroom have to break down and move. I hope you find an awesome basement in the good life state it's nice there at least 25 years ago since I was there
Good thing I have an otter box on my phone cause I just drooled all over it. Thanks for posting more pics. That bar is sick. Was also cool to see how your space filled in with all those great toys. What is the other team on your Chexx? Congratulations on making such an awesome and amazing space. Gameroom porn at its best.
That's sweet very nice. The brick on the walls makes a cool look. Great space and collection with some good music in the background.
Really glad to see my favorite thread take off again. Love seeing everyone's collections and space small or big.
Pins, arcade, slot machine, and a bar you are off to great start. Don't worry about the pins they always multiple
Love the Walter picture. I'm a big fan of that movie. Great space I love the neons and lights plus you have room for expansion.
So does your dad still have a gameroom and does he like yours. Must have been cool having a dad like that growing up and of course still. How fun to be able to play pinball with your dad. Also like the fact he had a bar.
Right on that's super cool that you guys can play and at least he has two great games still. The nice thing about pinball is they are there whenever you feel like playing. Your very lucky to have an awesome dad.
So awesome! Please adopt me. That is sick you have indoor shooting, a rink, and everything is so cool I almost forgot about all the great pins. I just saw this the other day.
OMG!!! I just watched a video of it on YouTube that thing is super sick. The game call outs and music just amazing.
Still very much a work in progress. Still need carpet, drapes, more art, and some leg light ups.
Exactly some black light carpet, some purple velvet curtains, more art and neon for open wall space, and your leg light ups, will totally tie things together
Chauvet mini junta irc and micro galaxian 2 laser. Dj lighting I got at guitar center. I would love to get a rack and mount on the wall by the ceiling and get another two for an even fuller effect. Even an old oil wheel would be cool. Thank you for the compliment. I'm trying to create a total sensory escape on a budget. Going for a pinball rock concert acid trip thing.
I absolutely love this thread. All you sick people with all these games. They should round us all up and live in the coolest and best neighborhood ever.
Your only a pimp when SGE puts a transformer for you only. Maybe your there maybe your not. I would request my very own 50 to 75 kva if I was you. Love the pool and games. Live life to the fullest and enjoy yourself. Great attention to detail you have.
Someone always has more money and space don't feel bad. Pinside just reminds us that their are those more sick than us. Sometimes I think I don't have enough then you talk to a non Pinsider and are reminded that you are crazy. One day I'm going to seal my garage up just to get another 9 pins. Damn this sickness.
Tamoore your gameroom has always been the one of my dreams. I love your video walk through. I wish I was closer and rich I would buy your old house games included. Best of luck in whatever you decide.
Awesome light and colored bulbs, but a little bright and not dimmable. Should have read the package better. LOL
I thought your setup in AZ was great, but to have a basement set up like that is amazing. Love the setup very nice and congratulations.
Sweet. I need to have more people over to keep the barnacles off myself. If any locals want to play let me know. Unfortunately I'm not able to play as much as I should.
Thanks. Update got the guest bedroom no moms house and no loft. I did get the main living and dining room though. My wife is very supportive in all this and won 3rd place in a tournament recently. Funny it's still a work in progress. I did get to 20 pins with a 21'st to arrive one day. Here are some pics but feel the wall art and lights are better in person.
That framed picture is from the last race at Lions. Amongst the wall is his world record and public apology from national dragster and his many cars. How cool that your dad raced too.
Man I wish you weren't 428 miles away I would love to see it all with my own eyes. What a dream of mine to have a whole house dedicated to fun. It's been very cool to watch develop over the years. By chance have you done a video walk through I missed with the new lighting and stuff?
You can get one from TX for 31k if you have the space. They are big. Good thing for Jorge it was going in the garage.
That's reasonable but hell I thought the one I saw for 31k wasn't that far out either. Man I got a problem for sure. LOL. Now you have to make a video of your awesome space.
