Wow, nice variety! It would be fun to line them up in order of year manufactured to see the transition.

Quoted from flipnout1:We built this addition to our home just for games. Its almost done. We still have to "accessorize" with framed flyers, neons, other gameroom related items. Also the Ski Ball that matches the bowler is still being restored but will go beside the Bally Deluxe Ball Bowler.
Sweet Chicago Band Box! I love those things.
If you knocked out the wall you could turn Royal Guard/Phoenix and slide the old timers up to the back next to them. Put Domino next to Jacks Open and you should be good.
Quoted from presqueisle:Added a couple and had to rearrange a bit. Still can take the pf glasses off, so not too bad. Filled up though
50's-70's.
Looks great! If you really got desperate for space you still have that other room with the ping pong table. With a little rearranging you could fit a few in there. Part of the sickness is inventing new space.
Quoted from presqueisle:Lookin' real good, Alex. That's a whole lotta cool in one place
*and a sweet Skill Roll not pictured I see. Hope you still have that one!
Thanks! Yep, Skill Roll is a keeper. It's in the bar area.
Quoted from EM-PINMAN:Awesome Gameroom Alex!
Looks and has the feel like a blast to the mid 60's past!
Makes me want to grab a vintage beer like a Lucky lager, Hamm's, Burgie. Oly, etc. from that era and hang out.
Ken
Thanks Ken! I bought a case of Blatz this weekend. I just got the Blatz sign above the bar last weekend and had never tried the beer. It wasn't bad. Still have 20 of them though...
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:Very cool! Would love to sit at the table for a four-hand card/poker night. This has moved into my top five favorite game rooms from this thread.
What is the approximate dimensions of the room?
Thanks! I always envision a heated game of Uno with the family at the antique tavern table but that never happens. We do that upstairs. 14.5' x 22' if I remember right?
Quoted from cait001:*picks jaw up off the ground*
wow.
Quoted from MustangPaul:Looks cozy. Take some pictures with everything on.
Quoted from Mopar:That is a superb vintage looking gameroom. Very nice set up..
Thanks! I appreciate the kind words.
A few cans of Blatz didn't seem to result in any ill effects. Not my favorite beer by any means but not that bad either.
Quoted from nightsearcher:AlexF , that's a true man cave. If I got down there, you wouldn't get me out. It looks so cozy
Thanks! It's my happy place. When my wife works weekends, I rarely leave the house.
Quoted from ToucanF16:Fantastic gameroom alex! Lots of stuff considering the room's size! I'm also a jukebox guy and noticed your Seeburg 222; the first stereo jukebox! Is it connected to a wallbox?
Thanks! It's actually a Seeburg 220. Same thing as the 222 with fewer selections. No wall box. Maybe someday. We also have a 1954 Rock-ola 1438 "Comet Fireball" and 1948 Rock-ola 1428 "Magic Glo" upstairs.
Those Stoner candy machines are funny. When I first started going to the Chicagoland show you'd see a bunch of unrestored examples out in the lot for like $250. Then guys starting selling restored models and the cheap projects disappeared. I saw a little old guy in one of the high end restorer's trailer. He had a big wad of cash in his hand and said I'll take that one, that one and that one.
Yes, mine is only about 6' 7". Of course my whole family is fairly short so it doesn't feel that bad. When a tall guest comes is when it's noticeable. And no toppers on games but I'm an EM guy anyway. I wish it were taller but I don't see moving so we deal with it.
Quoted from xsvtoys:Me three. I'm pretty sure I've got more bsi * than anyone though.
* bsi = boobs per square inch
Might take one Stampede to tie it up.
Stampede (resized).jpgQuoted from Doctor6:No doubt there are some rich mofos in here....

It's all relative. I'd have to sell almost everything in the gameroom to get one of those JJP games. Like you though I am still grateful for what I have.
Quoted from LargemouthAss:Stupid Question: What is the point of a home slot machine? The fun of slot machines at a casino revolves around the chance to win money. Are you guys actually putting quarters in these and running them like a home casino where you are the house?
I have one, a 1937 Mills Bursting Cherry. It's fun to give the handle a couple pulls in the morning. I feel like if I hit it's going to be a good day. Plus as also mentioned it's a historical piece of mechanical ingenuity.
If you like the feeling of hearing the knocker crack on a replay pinball at home, you will probably also like a slot machine.
I'm not into modern stuff but believe the draw for later slots is interactive gameplay and theme. Plus maybe your friends like to gamble at your house. The house always wins but fun to try just like a casino. I'm sure in most places though that isn't legal.
My wife has wanted a dart board for along time. They are too tall for my game room's short ceiling. Recently a good friend had one that he had just gone through. Why not the garage she said? Good idea. Also a nice place to display some garage appropriate decor. Nothing too fancy and a work in progress. It's been fun though as she's been pretty excited about it.

Yes two KV75s. My dad was a Kawasaki dealer from around 1968-1981. The Sun Drop machine was in his shop during that time. He had a Williams Grand Prix also. Spent a lot of Saturdays hanging with him, drinking Sun Drop, playing pinball and riding mini-bikes on the test track.
