Just a sketch up at this point....but it's summer project time!!! If anyone cares here is a REALLY rough sketch of the game room we'll be building this Summer (couldn't fine the Time Warp model so I put Blackout) and the Gorgar is at my office so this Gorgar is just a stand-in for my desk.

The blue door goes outside and we won't be using that door a lot, except to bring games in and out and maybe during the summer. So I am ok having that table float as needed........We're bringing the experts out later this week or early next week to get the ball rolling. Pics when things happen.
I'm fast approaching the build phase. Power requirements have been reviewed. Sun exposure has been addressed. Mini split heat pump to be ordered. What other elements should I take into consideration while I have the builders at my beck and call....

It is the lowest rated game on here. But I sure love it. The theme is iffy...well honestly just the backglass is iffy. The game is amazing!

Yeah the view is what drew me to this house and I love looking out there. I should be able to get 4 in no issues without really compromising the room. I dig. Spent much of today on insulation and landscaping.... Coming along.

My panorama is deceptive. It's only 180 sft, so 13x13. with a french door one one side, the entry door on the other and the heat pump air exchanger I am kinda limited to where I can put games. TECHNICALLY I COULD fit more. But even though the windows will be diffused (UV film) and have cellular blinds on them....we have to leave 3 of the 4 clear-ish. So says the boss. Which don't totally disagree with. PLUS one of the windows has to be open to leave room to get in and out of the damn place.....shees....can't a man just block himself into a game room??

Thanks a lot. You just took 11 square feet from my room!!! Hahahahahah. It's cool. I like the windows. Im sure at some point i might cover another window. But for now I'm digging what I have. Keeps me from going overboard like Pinhead. That room is amazing!!!
