Gameroom update. Added Rush LE last week and BK LE yesterday. Finally have to go panaram to get all the pins in the pic.....[quoted image]

Caught this collection on Reddit before seeing it here - I appreciate how cool you were with a few folks trying to tear down or "question" your collection. Looks great!

    Quoted from Charles_Kline:

Recently did some game rearangling to make room for the newest addition, the ultra rate Bally SENTE Stompin' and its pad. This was the first arcade game to use the floor pad, more than a decade before DDR was even thought of.

Am I blind, or is your legendary Omega Race cockpit not in your arcade?? Too big to get in there?

Amazing space. That Scared Stiff bathroom mirror is SUCH a good idea. Totally gonna steal concept for my next game room bathroom.

Ceiling height first, then profile/glass slope! I get a dopamine hit off of looking down the line and seeing all of the lockbars and headbox front edges nice and lined up! Stupid Genesis with that swoopy 80B head kind screws with the lines, though

Here’s a few whilst we wait

Hey I have that same pachislo! Found it at Goodwill, of all places, years ago. It lost it's spot in the gameroom a year or so ago when I decided that wall spot was good for another cabinet, but I have it waiting in the wings for the next place where we have a bit more space. I've never seen another one of those in that same theme outside of a Google result.

There's only one day a year where everything in the game room is assembled and working - New Years Eve!

I might be the only person here to say this, but nice Jaleco Pony Mark IV.

Thanks! It's a shame it was made out of that same plastic that Super Nintendo consoles seemed to be made of - it has gotten SUPER brittle over the years, to the point where most of the screw mounts for the control panel and the big hinged monitor plastic have shattered. The whole thing is basically just piled together neatly, and I'm doubting it will survive a potential house move this year. It's nearly impossible to open it up without something else chipping off or breaking. I'll try, though!

Finally got the meat and potatoes done with my basement bar renovation. Took me a full year for the bar build. Finished the basement renovation a year before that. Next phase is to get stuff up on the walls
    [quoted image]

Love the marquees in the bar - are those easily swapped, or sealed in?

They tell you this when you sign up for it. Not worth it at all.

Ready to have some people over tonight.

Carnevil scared the piss out of me when it was new/I was a kid. Now I'd LOVE to have one if I had the space!!

Forgot to post a one year update. This sentiment remains true while the line up has changed quite a bit! Had to overflow into the store-room this year a little, but that's ok. Still know how I can shuffle things around to get one more pin in.

These are from NYE a few weeks ago. Since then I've swapped RUSH and Twilight Zone around as I picked up one of those rad Electric Playground toppers for TZ. RUSH topper goes into storage until I have a spot where it fits available.

    Quoted from Kolk1:

    Joy Carpets for the win!
    [quoted image]

Did you order your carpet locally/somewhere in or near STL? I'm looking to get Joy carpet rugs made in odd sizes for my basement, figured I'll have to go to a local distributor to have those made rather than buying the premade ones on Amazon or Wayfair.

    #23648 43 days ago
    Quoted from Kolk1:

These are rugs off Amazon. I need to get off my ass and order real carpet. Main one is 12X18. So I have a little bit of old carpet showing around the border. Then my hallway is 4ft wide, so I just did 3 4x6s.

Oh cool! I have big old-scool i-beam posts to dodge, rather than the slimmer round posts found in more modern basements. Big cuts and ragged edges to get around those posts are in my future if I buy pre-made rugs!
