Which make of fireplace/stove is that? olaa

Could be wrong but it looks like a Contura to me.

    Quoted from Goronic:

Anyway, back to the game room pics
Took these just now - a little cluttered in the 'movie room' ...
Little bit of everything - though an extra pin or two would be nice.
    [quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

    Were nice game room!
Also nice to see photos of the actual room, which I believe this thread is about.
I think we all know what a specific title game looks like

    Quoted from Boof-Ed:

Did some shuffling in the games room. Feels like I could get a few more games in.[quoted image]

Yes it looks a bit empty
    Nice collection!

    Quoted from davebart5:

I don't have a huge space or a lot of games, but I'm happy with my game room slice of the home. It's always a fun time rocking these games and having weekend bon-fire shin-digs over tokes and jokes with friends. I used to have 3 games in the setup, Class of 1812 is being babysat by a friend, but I didn't like the flow of the space cramming in 3 and this 2-some frames the room much better with a small alleyway behind the games for storage and a backdoor to the ground level bonfire area. Might change up the prints, sell one or two, and adjust some of the lighting soon, but overall we're feeling good and 2 game tournament ready. Party![quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

    Quoted from Red_Devils:

This is my little "Happy Place" nothing like some of you guy's rooms but it makes me happy. I know it's the wrong Enterprise for the topper but I think it's cool [quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

Quality beats quantity if you ask me.

    Quoted from Roostking:

Awesome gameroom and pins, but why do people take pics with the games off?

To me a game room thread is more about the actual room. I know what an IJ or WW looks like when it is on.
I come here to get inspiration and see what people have done with flooring, walls, lighting, furniture’s and such.
But of cause it does not hurt if the games are on but it is not a necessity for me at least.

3 is all I am allowed, in the house, hehehehehe!

I was once only allowed 2 in the house but after removing the limiting factor I can now have as many as I want

Made some changes to the game room since last time posting.
Before anyone lose their shit over the coffee table, it can be restored to a fully working EM in 15 minutes.
Spent a whopping $15 on the DP topper.

    Quoted from dirkdiggler:

Never seen curio cabinets used as a liquor cabinet. Cool idea. Whatcha got in there Bundy?

Thx. Mostly Scottish single malt from the Highlands and Islay.

    #14280 4 years ago
    Quoted from nexfx:

Bundy cool way to use a odd pinball as a coffee table! I may need to do something like that in my game room!!!

Thx. I made some legs from aluminum profile and the backbox serves as a side table in the corner of the room.
If I want to play the game I just have to attached the original legs, put on the back box and attache 4 connectors.

    #14286 4 years ago
    Quoted from cait001:

When it's in table mode, is it level? At a glance it seems to not be.
I'd love to see legs adjusted so that the playfield glass is level for table mode.

It is 100% level. I made two of the legs shorter.

    #14292 4 years ago

Well maybe not that level but at least level enough to store your beer and snacks on during game night

    Quoted from KozMckPinball:

KozMck Arcade drink caddie. It is fully modular, has 4 different orientations with the same bracket, right side of the cab (as shown), left side of the cab, left front and right front. There are 2 configurable heights, the one pictured is the lower position. The cup holder can be replaced, it is screwed onto the horizontal bracket. The cup holder shown has the medieval theme and can be deployed to MM and all its variations. Hand painted. Customizable cup holder for other pin themes.
    I hope you like it.
    [quoted image]

Looks like it sticks out rather long from the game if you have several games next to each other. Isn't it prone to breaking if you bump into it also for the same reason?

    #15602 3 years ago
    Quoted from KozMckPinball:

    How's this positioning?
    [quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

    Looks to be better.

    #15605 3 years ago

A guy in Sweden make these.
Super simple, mounts to either side and never breaks since they are made of metal.

    Quoted from Chosen_S:

Please help me understand, why the pin shields?
Dust is easy to clean off, uv light isn’t getting to them to fade them, setting stuff on the glass is usually a faux pax anyway. Just curious why

    Beats me too.
Maybe the people putting plastic on their sofa can answer that?

Matt You are my HERO! And probably long lost brother ?
Showed this to my wife and all she sayd was NO! dont know what she means but where did you find the brackets material for the ceiling montage of the train?

Truly living every boy dream but the real hero is the wife, she deserves a medal or something

    Quoted from shirkle:

I finally get to post a picture of my (almost) finished room! Here’s the pinball side, and the Chexx/arcade side. I haven’t brought in the arcade games yet...there will be 6 of those along the long wall.
Proud to say I finished this room myself.
    [quoted image][quoted image]

    Very nice color scheme.
On a side note, why are the power outlets so high up on the wall? Is that a US regulation thing?
Here in Sweden they are usually mounted directly over the floor.

    #16614 3 years ago
    Quoted from SantaEatsCheese:

Every house in the USA has the outlets mounted at about this height.

I see, thank you for the clarification.
In a basement with risk of flooding I can see the point, otherwise not.

    #16663 3 years ago
    Quoted from shirkle:

    spagano314 that’s a beautiful room.

And actually pictures of a room which this thread is about if I am not mistaken.

I love that you've got space for drinks, but you don't waste room with an actual bar. Nicely done.

Agree, as long as you have room for the liquid you are good

Yes of course, whisky and pinball goes together like horse and carrots
But I have not tried a smoker kit.

    Quoted from big-c66:

My wife doesn’t play either she tells me all the time u need to sell those games. U don’t play them every day anyway.

With that logic you can tell her to sell the dishwasher since she doesn´t use it every day anyway
