Since youre gonna have Pinball’s down there, make sure that you have at least 13 courses of block ABOVE the finished floor and go 14 if you can. This will give you 8 1/2 to 9 feet of height. And while you’re at it, put in a man door of at least 36 inches wide. You will be glad everyday you use it.
