How many sq ft is the room?

    #4703 8 years ago
    Quoted from MustangPaul:

    How many sq ft total?

About 840 sq ft (the basement, not the whole house ).

Plenty of room for the pool table, drums (potentially two sets now, a right hand and a left hand setup), and some other ideas I am toying with.

Just 1800 sq ft? That's like room for 3 or 4 pins!!! Haha

    #4709 8 years ago

The drums and pool table will eat up alot of space so 4 games might be all you have room for.

That is exactly the point ! I don't want 20+ games. I only need 3-4 as I enjoy other hobbies .

No clue! Its plenty big for me though, it's larger than it looks in the picture, should be able to have 15 pins and some arcades no problem

We finally moved into our new house and I'm using one of the small rooms on the first floor as my temporary game room until my basement gets finished, although I have no clue when that will be.

But for now, here is my room. I just got everything set up last night but still need to level the machines. I need some stuff on the walls, but I'm waiting for my contractor to get back to me with pricing for the basement. If it's in my budget, then there isn't any need to do anything else.

There is room for 2 more.

If it's bigger then 550 (that's what mine is) you'll get more then that in it.

So how big is your basement?

    Quoted from MustangPaul:

So how big is your basement?

    A little over 1,900sq ft.

Ignore the center room that says Bar under the steps. It's actually the unfinished part, but I forgot to change the name. There has been a revision to the bar since I made that plan. I'm going to bring the bar out into the game room a few feet to tie the rooms together. My contractor is supposed to be getting my a price on Friday, so I'll know more then. I'm not sure if I want to tackle such a big project myself. I'm "alright" around the house, but my dad offered to help and he's done just about everything.

But having 1900 sqft. for only 3 pins isn't that little bit to luxurious?

That's just the wide angle lens I think.

Lol The bathtub's for my other girl, Randy. She's a red-eared slider. Been with me for 20 years so she stays.

    #4742 8 years ago

20 years in a tub, what a life!

Interesting...never seen that before. Is it to maximize space in some way? it looks like the monitors are 'behind' the wall?

Seems dangerous if someone leaned on them too much.

    Looks cool to me.
