Yeah she's very understanding, but poor taste. Her favorite game is striker extreme.

I'm going to do a video shortly with the lights on so you can see the rest of it, really interested to see what you guys think!

What is the things on the right side, attached to the legs possibly? Are they cup holders?

    #365 4 years ago
    Quoted from SealClubber:

Yes, get them here. I have them on all my pins.

Those cup holders seem fairly practical but they make the pins look a bit tacky. I'm not 100 percent on those...

+1 Who know maybe Stern or JJP will build cup holders for their future games.

    #367 4 years ago

Like others have said, they're cup holders. I'll agree they detract from the look of the games, but they keep people from setting drinks on the glass of the machine next to them.

Pingulps are awesome period! I just bought another one from Pblife for my TSPP I just got.

Here's my latest pin, crappy cellphone pic, and also my little girl Regan.

    #369 4 years ago

Looks like Regan needs a stool! My son is only 4 weeks old, so he's not standing yet. I was curious what his reaction to the pins would be, but he doesn't really show any response, even when a knocker fires!

I'm being told that I have to put pics of my gameroom here.

The boring story behind it is here: http://mathisarcade.wordpress.com

Nifty, but slightly outdated walkthrough is here: » YouTube video

Gripping footage of an elevator I built for the arcade: » YouTube video

pmWolf, I just watched the video on your website. Your collection is amazing! Just wondering, how many years have you been collecting?

I bought my first Video Arcade game in 2000. (Killer Instinct). My first pin (Indiana Jones) didn't show up until 2003.

    #378 4 years ago

Wow that's sweet pmWolf. Your game room is bigger than my house =D

    #379 4 years ago

One day, I know I'll have a collection like yours pmWolf. You have a fantastic collection.

    #380 4 years ago

That's pretty EPIC pmWolf. Please tell me you have insurance for all this stuff.

    #381 4 years ago

pmwolf your collection is like arcade porn.

    #382 4 years ago

That is the ultimate set up.

    #383 4 years ago

Understatement of the year so far...
"Holy f@£kballs Batman!!!" is more like it...
You even have a Time Machine too?!? Wowwwww, you are definitely "a-ok" in my book pmWolf!

    #385 4 years ago

pmWolf - that's just insane. Better then most of the arcades I played in 30 years ago!

That's a bigger collection of pins than any one arcade I have ever been in!

I sold the Time Machine...does that mean that I'm a horrible person now?

By the way, thanks everyone for the nice compliments on the arcade. I keep working at it...

    #388 4 years ago

AMAZING pmwolf! How do you have that room wired to handle all that?

    #389 4 years ago

That is just...wow. Your post has inspired me to start playing the lottery again

Perfect perfect PERFECT arrangement, with the vids in the dark corners. Also love the care you've obviously put into lining up the pins - TAF, SS, MB all close to each other.. the two Indys back to back, one amongst the Sterns... beautiful.

    #390 4 years ago

After that last shot of pins/arcade,,,,, I dont want to even post my pics!! LOL...

    #391 4 years ago
    Quoted from pmWolf:

No, you are still "a-ok" pmWolf. The astro carpet alone had me at "Hello"...
Now, if you said you got rid of that- I'd have a different answer for you.

I really over-thought a lot of it...trying to keep the Williams horror themes together, keeping all the Popadiuk pins together, etc. It got to the point where I was lining up Indiana Jones, Shadow, Champion Pub and Who Dunnit because they were all set in a similar old-time era. (1920's to 1950-ish).

Oh yeah, I also have the section of pins that have pretty bad themes, but are awesome games. (Johnny Mnemonic, Demolition Man, Judge Dredd).

    Again....overthinking.

The carpet is still there. Thinking of re-doing the "old" section of the basement with all the vids. I think some funky carpet would add to the arcade "feel."
